The following links correspond to journal evaluation platforms, rankings and categorized lists –national and foreign– which permit different types of indicators to be obtained for various groups of scientific journals within SSH.

They can be of interest to the following:
a. Journal publishers who would like to know the value given to their journals and their positioning with respect to other publications in the field
b. Researchers who are preparing an evaluation process or requesting assessment of their research, etc., and who are searching for quality indicators in the journals in which they have published
c. Librarians who are assisting researchers in their evaluation processes or using these systems for the selection of their collections of periodical publications

Our research group recommends reading carefully the scope of each of the evaluation systems and the methodologies that have been employed to construct them, so that the data is used correctly and not misinterpreted. It is recommended as well to refer to the specific criteria applied by the various evaluation agencies, in order to be aware of the usage that these agencies make of the different sources of information that exist on the quality of scientific journals.
